I offer private tutoring for all levels of high school and college math. My office is at Shea and the 101 in North Scottsdale, but I tutor all over the valley including Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Chandler, and Mesa, Arizona. My 22 years of experience allow me to narrow in on problem areas, to present the material in a relaxed and easy to understand manner, and to help my students become more confident in their abilities, hopefully eliminating the need for future tutoring.

I specialize in reducing math anxiety, especially in "older" students returning to school and I work well with students who have learning disabilities such as ADD. As a professional math tutor, I can simplify the material for you, help you with your calculator skills, and check your understanding.

I can also help you test into the class of your choice, avoiding extra semesters of introductory material.

I offer online tutoring. Online tutoring is a great alternative to having to drive around town and is more affordable than having someone come to your home. I can answer a few homework questions or we can do a full hour session. Email or call and we can set up a time for a free trial. It is easy to use with my interactive whiteboard. You do not need to be computer savvy. All you need is an internet connection.
