Sharyn Stevens is a private math tutor for students of all ages and levels. I have tutored in the valley since 1988 starting as a student at Scottsdale Commumnity College. I received a BS degree in Computer Science Engineering at Arizona State University, and I have been tutoring ever since because I love math, and I love helping people.

Fear of math prevents so many from continuing or succeeding in their higher education. This doesn't need to be the case. We can conquer that anxiety and learn to like math. When you understand it, it can and will be fun.

My 22 years of experience allow me to narrow in on problem areas, to present the material in a relaxed and easy to understand manner, and to help my students to become more confident in their abilities, hopefully eliminating the need for future tutoring for some. I have an AZ fingerprint clearance card.
